organization. We started as a Bible study for adults and teenagers.

are a Colorado non-profit corporation, and all contributions are fully
tax deductible, since we meet all the IRS guidelines for a church.
501(c)3 status is not required for donations to be tax deductible,
however, we are in the process of filing and hope to have our initial
501(c)3 determination letter from the IRS before year end.
is your form of government (pastor, elder or congregational)?
governing follows the biblical model of plural elder leadership. Elder
decisions require unanimity. Elders individually and collectively are
responsible before God for their oversight of the local flock under
their care and charge.
are the pastors and/or elders?
do not distinguish between the role of “pastor”, “elder” or “overseer”.
The Bible uses those terms interchangeably regardless of pay, gifting
or role. No leader is presently paid. Current leadership consists of
Len Crowley, Mark Smith and Ted Cox.
kinds of programs and ministries do you have?
a new church, we are taking a very conservative and slow approach to
implementing church-sponsored programs. We want to sincerely wait upon
the Lord’s leading before tackling anything new. Currently available
ministries are our Sunday morning worship service (for all ages),
nursery care for 5 years and under during that service, a community
lunch after the Sunday service, and a Tuesday night in-home Bible
